This article lists some of the deliverables that are produced as part of a BI project. It is not a fully comprehensive list and the descriptions of the deliverables are brief but the aim is to give an overview the main deliverables so that you have a starting point for your BI project.

Project Plan
The project plan defines the list of all tasks and activities required to build the data warehouse solution, who is responsible and the schedule of those activities.
RAID Log
A RAID log is maintained throughout the project to document and manage the risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies on the project.
